The Service is provided on a per-website subscription basis. Article generation volume, publication frequency, and feature access depend on the selected plan tier.
Subscription plans and billing
6.1 Plan tiers
The Service is offered on the following monthly subscription plans (prices are JPY, tax-exclusive; Japanese Consumption Tax of 10% is added at invoicing):
- STARTERS
- ¥6,000 / month — 1 article per week.
- PRO
- ¥10,000 / month — 2 articles per week.
- PRO 2
- ¥14,000 / month — 3 articles per week.
- MAX
- ¥30,000 / month — 7 articles per week (daily).
Each Subscription is tied to a single WordPress website. A separate Subscription must be purchased for each additional website.
6.2 Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis. Billing begins on the subscription creation date and recurs on the same calendar day each month.
Prices are stated exclusive of Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT). If you are located outside Japan, local tax obligations are your responsibility.
6.3 Payment method
You must register a valid credit or debit card before activating a Subscription. We store only a tokenized reference to your payment method via Stripe; full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
6.4 Plan changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, with prorated charges or credits applied to the current billing cycle.
6.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from the site settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Article pipelines scheduled after the cancellation effective date will be cancelled automatically. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
6.6 Non-payment
If a payment fails, your plan will enter a "past due" state and AI pipeline generation may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you via the email address on your Account.
6.7 Refunds
Refunds for monthly subscription fees are generally not provided except where required by applicable law. To request a refund for an eligible charge, contact support@jsed.net within 14 days of the charge.
AI-generated content
7.1 Nature of AI output
The Service uses third-party AI language and image generation models to produce Content on your behalf. AI-Generated Content is automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, or content that does not accurately reflect your brand. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-Generated Content before publication.
7.2 Your responsibility for published content
By using the Service to publish content to your WordPress website, you accept full responsibility for that content, including compliance with all applicable laws (such as copyright, defamation, and consumer protection laws), accuracy, and appropriateness for your audience.
7.3 No guarantee of SEO outcomes
The Service does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic improvements, indexing, or business results. Search engine algorithms are outside our control and may change at any time.
7.4 Ownership of AI-generated content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AI-Generated Content produced through your Account using your input data is assigned to you. JSED.NET retains no ownership of the specific articles generated for your Account. However, we retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized operational data to improve the Service.
7.5 Third-party AI policies
Use of AI features is also subject to the usage policies of the third-party AI model providers we engage. You must not use the Service in ways that would violate those providers' policies.
Third-party integrations
8.1 WordPress Application Password
To connect your WordPress site, you must provide a WordPress username and an Application Password. These credentials are encrypted at rest. By providing these credentials, you grant the Service permission to read your existing posts for deduplication and internal linking, and to create and publish posts on your behalf according to your Subscription settings.
8.2 Google Search Console
The Service requires Google account authentication and access to the Google Search Console API, used to retrieve keyword data, search rankings, and click/impression data, and to verify site ownership. You must be a verified owner or have sufficient permissions for any Search Console property you register. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings, though doing so may impair the Service.
8.3 Google PageSpeed Insights
The Service uses the Google PageSpeed Insights API to retrieve performance data for your registered websites. This is a read-only integration.
8.4 Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We store only a reference to your Stripe Customer ID and tokenized payment method metadata.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JSED.NET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JSED.NET IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE JAPANESE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JSED.NET, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you publish through the Service, including AI-Generated Content that you approved or failed to review.
